Privacy notice

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This notice describes the Avisul marketing website, based on the features present in its source code when this notice was written. The site currently has no on-site account registration, submitted contact form, newsletter signup, analytics tag, advertising pixel, or embedded third-party media. The Contact page does save an inquiry draft in local storage on your device. If other features are added, this notice and any required collection notices must be updated before use.

Who is responsible

Avisul is the public-facing name shown on this website. The legal name and address of the person or organization operating Avisul have not been provided. For now, you can send a privacy question through the Contact page, which includes a prepared email draft tool. Draft details are saved in local storage in your browser on this device until cleared. The email draft is sent only if you choose to send it from your mail app; the mail provider handles that message. This is not a dedicated privacy inbox. The responsible operator should publish its legal identity and a direct privacy contact before treating this notice as complete, especially when serving people in the EU or Australia.

Information handled by this website

Purposes and legal basis

The theme preference is used to remember your display choice. Technical data processed by hosting or security providers may be used to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website. The operator has not confirmed the relevant providers, specific purposes, or legal bases for those operations. Where privacy laws require a lawful basis and further disclosure, the operator must identify and publish them.

Sharing, transfers, and retention

No analytics or advertising service is configured in the website code reviewed for this notice. The operator has not confirmed the hosting providers, subprocessors, countries where technical data is handled, or retention periods. These details need to be verified with the hosting and delivery providers and added here. The theme preference remains in your browser until you clear the site’s local storage or change the preference.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can clear the site’s stored theme preference in your browser settings. Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. People in California and other US states may have additional rights if the operator and processing are covered by the applicable law. The operator’s identity and a direct request channel are needed to receive and respond to those requests reliably.

People in the EU may also have the right to complain to their data protection supervisory authority. People in Australia may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner after raising the issue with the responsible organization. Applicable rights and complaint routes depend on the law and the specific processing.

Children

This website is presented as a business services site and is not designed as a service for children. No age gate is used.

Changes

This notice should be revised whenever the site’s collection, tools, providers, or operating entity changes. The “Last updated” date above should reflect the latest substantive update.

Important information to complete

Before this can serve as a complete notice for US, EU, and Australian visitors, the operator must verify and publish: its legal identity and contact details; hosting and security providers; what technical request data they collect and how long they retain it; where that data is processed; applicable purposes and legal bases; and which rights/request procedures apply based on the business and audience. California privacy obligations depend on whether the business meets statutory coverage criteria; this page does not claim that the CCPA applies or that it has been satisfied.
