Explore the ranges

Typical project investment / USD

Start with the work you need.

These are planning ranges for common project shapes, not fixed package prices. The written proposal sets the actual scope and fee before you decide.

01 / Project type

Simple one-page website

A polished, mobile-friendly one-page presence on a platform that fits your needs, with a clear path for customers to contact you.

Typical investment

From $750

USD · indicative project estimate

A project may include

  • One responsive page on an agreed platform such as Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or WordPress
  • Your supplied logo, copy, and images arranged into a clean page
  • One clear contact or booking link, page title, and meta description
  • Basic launch checks and a handoff so you can manage the account

Often a fit: For a new business or focused offer that needs a simple online home.

02 / Project type

Website refresh

Improve an existing site’s clarity and polish while keeping its current platform and core structure.

Typical investment

$1,500–$4,000

USD · indicative project estimate

A project may include

  • A focused visual and content-structure refresh for up to five existing pages
  • Responsive layout and key navigation or contact-path improvements
  • Page-title and meta-description review, then a handoff

Often a fit: For a site that needs a considered update, not a full rebuild.

03 / Project type

Business websites

A clear, credible site that explains your business and gives customers a straightforward next step.

Typical investment

$3,000–$8,000

USD · indicative project estimate

A project may include

  • A focused set of core pages on an agreed platform
  • Responsive layouts and essential on-page SEO setup
  • Contact or inquiry paths and a launch handoff

Often a fit: For service businesses building or refreshing their main website.

04 / Project type

E-commerce & richer websites

More involved content, commerce, customer journeys, or integrations that connect the site to day-to-day work.

Typical investment

$7,500–$20,000

USD · indicative project estimate

A project may include

  • Store, booking, CMS, or multi-step customer flows
  • Platform configuration and agreed integrations
  • Testing for the key journeys and an owner handoff

Often a fit: For teams with more than a simple brochure site to launch or improve.

05 / Project type

Workflow & business systems

A mapped and improved process, connected tools, or an automation designed around your real exceptions and handoffs.

Typical investment

$3,000–$15,000

USD · indicative project estimate

A project may include

  • Review of the process, tools, and desired outcomes
  • A scoped automation or systems configuration
  • Exception handling, validation, and operating notes

Often a fit: For teams spending time on repetitive work or disconnected systems.

06 / Project type

Custom web applications

A product or internal tool with custom user flows, data, permissions, and technical needs beyond a standard site.

Typical investment

$15,000–$50,000+

USD · indicative project estimate

A project may include

  • Product discovery and a defined first release
  • Custom interface and agreed core functionality
  • Deployment, technical handoff, and next-step plan

Often a fit: For a validated problem that needs software built around it.

The $750 starting price assumes one page, client-supplied brand assets and content, an existing platform or standard theme, and no custom integrations or online store. Domain registration, hosting, platform plans, paid themes, and app subscriptions are separate third-party costs. If your needs fall outside that scope, we’ll outline the difference and confirm the price before you choose.

What shapes the number

The price follows the scope.

We first understand what needs to work, what can be reused, and what should be left out. That keeps the estimate tied to your actual project instead of a vague “from” price.

01

Scope & content

Page and screen count, unique layouts, content readiness, and migration needs.

02

Features & connections

Commerce, user accounts, data flows, third-party APIs, and how complex the edge cases are.

03

Platform & ownership

Whether a managed builder, existing system, or custom build best fits your team and future maintenance.

04

Timing & collaboration

Dependencies, review availability, required launch date, and how many decision makers are involved.

Simple before you sign

A clear decision, on your terms.

You can ask questions, compare options, and take time to decide. Sending an inquiry does not authorize work or create a payment obligation.

01

Tell us what you need

Share the problem, the tools you use, and any budget or timing constraints. A rough brief is enough to start.

02

Get a scoped recommendation

We clarify assumptions and outline a suitable approach, deliverables, exclusions, schedule, and price in writing.

03

Choose whether to proceed

You review the proposal first. Work starts only after both sides accept a separate written agreement.

No pressure / just a starting point

Bring us the messy version.

Tell us what feels stuck. We’ll use the first conversation to understand the problem and whether the ranges above look relevant.

A few pricing details

What you pay: The range is an early planning guide. Before work begins, a written proposal will identify deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, milestones, payment schedule, and the agreed project fee. Changes to scope are discussed and approved in writing before they affect the fee.

Other costs: Third-party subscriptions, hosting, domains, paid apps, payment processing, licensed assets, and other vendor charges are not included unless a proposal explicitly says they are. We identify expected third-party costs we know about during scoping; vendor prices and terms are controlled by those providers.

Taxes and currency: USD is the base price guide. EUR and AUD are approximate, rounded conversions from daily exchange rates dated October 7, 2026. Rates by ExchangeRate-API. These estimates are for display only; the written proposal confirms the price and billing currency. Applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes will be itemized in the written proposal before you decide whether to accept it. If the final tax depends on your billing location, the proposal will explain how it is calculated and show the total due once that location is confirmed. If your billing currency is not USD, the proposal will state the currency and amount before you accept it.

No outcome promise: Project fees cover agreed work and deliverables, not a guaranteed ranking, revenue increase, conversion rate, or business result. Results depend on factors outside the project scope.

Not a purchase offer: These ranges are indicative and do not reserve capacity, create a contract, or oblige you to proceed. A separate written agreement accepted by both parties controls the final scope, fee, and terms. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
